I have interacted twice with Mr.Sahai for the getting legal opinion for the purchase of property. He is very through in going over the documents and requests for additional documents to verify the title of the property. Hello - Got reference of Mr. Sahai through one of my friend. Consulted him for buying a land, and we shortlisted few lands(one after the other) for which we gave the documents to him for legal verification. We visited him several times, and for every property he used to tell us clearly his analysis of the property based on the papers, and pointed out the issues-if-any/additional-papers which were needed from the builder. Finally I bought an individual building(3rd land legal verified by Mrs. Sahai), until I bought the land and registered through Mr. Sahai, he never took any money, even though we offered. I had referred few of my friends, for his consultation/legal verification, and few of them had already registered through Mr. Sahai. Very genuine, and very much trustable person!!!
Sahay sir is technically very knowledgeable when it comes to his field. We have been consulting him since 2011 timeframe when were were looking for property around Bannerghatta road. Sahay sir patiently screen our documents and rejected some of the property and finally approved the one where constructed our house in Tejaswini Nagar, adjacent to Hulimavu lake.. Our plot had multiple legal complexity like being on the border of a village , being closer to lake, and a few more. Sahay sir studied all of these details well in detail, conducted surveys and finally approved.
